In case you missed it, on Sunday, October 11th there was a cover story in Newsday featuring some of our local union Presidents including Cordelia Anthony of the Farminingdale Federation of Teachers, Perry Fuchs of the Plainedge Federation of Teachers, Richard Haase President of the Half Hollow Hills Teachers Association, Nakia Wolfe President of the Amityville Teachers Association, Stephanie Neogra, a teacher's aide at Western Suffolk BOCES, and Ric Stark a Physics teacher at Hewlett High School.
